Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Reel24 ("Reel24", "we", "us"), covering our website at https://reel24studio.com, the free 24-Hour Reel Kit and our paid editing plans. By requesting a Reel Kit, subscribing or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Reel24
You must be at least 18 and use Reel24 for a business or professional purpose. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.
2. What we do
Reel24 is a short-form video editing studio. You send raw footage, and we edit it into vertical reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. We do not film, post to your accounts, or guarantee views, followers, leads or sales.
3. The free 24-Hour Reel Kit
Eligible business owners can request one free Reel Kit, which includes:
- 1 edited reel from your footage.
- 2 alternative hooks for that reel.
- A Content Map with 10 reel ideas drawn from your footage.
- Revisions until you approve the reel, within its original scope.
No credit card is required, and there is no obligation to buy. We limit the Reel Kit to one per business and may decline requests that look like misuse, duplicates or a poor fit. The 24-hour clock starts once we have usable footage and the details we need.

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Each plan includes reasonable revisions per reel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date.
5. Payment
You can pay by card through Stripe, which renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can also pay by invoice with bank transfer (ACH or wire) or crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH). Invoices are due before the billing period starts. For crypto, you are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address and network, and for any network fees. Payments sent to the wrong address or network may not be recoverable. If a payment fails or an invoice is unpaid, we may pause work until it is resolved.
6. The 24-hour guarantee
On paid plans, we deliver each reel within 24 hours after we receive usable footage and a complete brief. If a reel is late, that reel is free: we credit its value on your next billing cycle, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. The guarantee does not apply to revisions, to delays caused by missing, corrupted or unusable files, to footage sent in bulk beyond your plan's pace, or to events outside our reasonable control.
7. Your footage and ownership
- You own the videos. Once a reel is delivered and the related plan period is paid (or as part of a free Reel Kit), all rights in the delivered video belong to you.
- You keep your footage. You give us a limited license to use your footage only to edit your videos. It ends when the work ends.
- Confidentiality. Your footage is private. We never publish it or use it in our marketing without your written permission. A mutual NDA is available on request.
- Our tools. We keep ownership of our templates, workflows and know-how. The Content Map is yours to use for your business.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send us, including footage, music, logos and the likeness of anyone who appears in it, and that it does not break any law or third-party rights. You are responsible for what you publish and for following platform rules and advertising laws, such as FTC rules on claims and endorsements. We may refuse content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing. Licensed stock music or assets we add are used under their own license terms.
9. Our team
Our editors are based in Brazil and work under confidentiality obligations. We are responsible for their work under these Terms.
10. Communications
We communicate by email, SMS, WhatsApp and the chat on your order page. Text messages are covered by our SMS & WhatsApp Terms. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
11. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date from your client page or by email. Details on cancellations, refunds and credits are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may end or suspend service if you breach these Terms or do not pay.
12. Disclaimers
We do our best work on every reel, but our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Creative results are subjective, and we do not promise any specific business outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide or publish.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
15. Other terms
We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date. Material changes take effect for active plans at the next billing cycle. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above and any signed NDA or custom quote, are the entire agreement between us.
