Reel24 is operated by Reel24 ("Reel24", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit https://reel24studio.com, request a free 24-Hour Reel Kit or subscribe to a plan, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your footage is private, we use it only to edit your videos, and we never sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and Instagram handle.
- Business details: your niche, budget range and any reference link you share.
- Footage and files: the raw video, audio, images and other materials you upload for editing.
- Messages: what you send us by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the chat on your order page, including revision notes.
- Billing details: plan, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. For bank transfers and crypto, we keep the transaction records needed for accounting.
Information collected automatically
- Campaign data: UTM parameters and ad click IDs (such as fbclid and gclid) that tell us which ad or link brought you to us.
- Cookies and similar technologies: the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which record page views, form submissions and similar events.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and server logs created when you use our site.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver your free Reel Kit, your plan reels, revisions and your Content Map.
- To communicate with you about your order, deliveries and account, by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the order page.
- To process payments, send invoices and keep financial records.
- To measure and improve our ads and website, including reporting conversions to Meta and Google.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, keep our services secure, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Your footage stays private
We use your uploaded footage only to edit videos for you. We do not publish it, sell it, use it to train AI models, or show it in our own marketing without your written permission. You own all delivered videos. A mutual NDA is available on request.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Reel24, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

Our editors are based in Brazil and access your footage and briefs only as needed to produce your videos, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Mobile information: phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and ad tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. Sharing this data with Meta and Google for targeted advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You can limit it by:
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
- Using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and your Google ad settings.
- Adjusting your Meta ad preferences.
- Enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we treat as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising where the law requires.
6. How long we keep information
We keep raw footage for up to 90 days after the related delivery or the end of your plan, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or keep it longer. We keep delivered videos, messages and account details while you are a client and for a reasonable period after, and billing records as long as tax and accounting laws require. Leads who never become clients are deleted or anonymized within 24 months.
7. Security and international transfers
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable cloud providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your information may be stored in the United States and accessed from Brazil by our team. By using our services, you understand your information may be processed outside your state or country.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Get a portable copy of your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising.
To make a request, email hello@reel24studio.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active clients by email.
